Louis Tomlinson's representatives have
refused to comment on a report that the One Direction star is going to
be a father for the first time.
The 23-year-old singer is apparently expecting a baby with American stylist Briana Jungwirth, also 23.
The star, from Doncaster, South Yorkshire, reportedly had a
series of dates with her in Los Angeles in May, two months after his
split with long-term girlfriend Eleanor Calder.He would be the first member of the group to have a child.Tomlinson is reported to have already told his bandmates 21-year-olds Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Liam Payne.Tomlinson has reportedly told his bandmates of the news
A friend of Tomlinson and Jungwirth is quoted in The Sun as saying: "Louis is really excited about becoming a dad."It was obviously a surprise but they are both really happy."Louis and Briana have spent a lot of time together and are really close.
"Louis really cares about Briana and thinks she will be a great mum. Their friendship has got even stronger though this."Tomlinson was with Calder, a dancer, for three and a half years.
They reportedly split in early March having grown apart as he spent months on tour with the biggest boyband in the world.
