Check out this '60s Scent, Just Got a Modern-Day Update

This Classic '60s Scent Just Got a Modern-Day Update
Get ready to add a piece of fragrance history to your vanity. Back in 1968, Norman Norell, who dressed stars like Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and many other icons, became the very first American designer to enter the luxury fragrance realm with his eponymous scent, which became an instant hit and paved the way for other American designers to get in on the game. Almost 50 years later, the classic fragrance is getting a reboot for 2015.
The modern-day Norell still holds many elements of the OG version—each bottle still contains over 200 jasmine petals in the formula, just as it did in 1968, along with the original galbanum and orris butter notes. New additions to the mix include peony, gardenia, and mandarin, grounded by a heady sandalwood and musk dry down. Find the revamped Norell fragrance for $150 per bottle at Neiman Marcus stores nationwide, and scroll down to see some of Norman Norell's vintage designs.
