1. T-Swift's opening number (and subsequent wins).
1989 is
truly the gift that keeps on giving. To kick off the show on a high
note, the 26-year-old will perform a song from her hit record, which was
nominated for eight statuettes. Our money's on either "Out of the
Woods," "Wildest Dreams," or "Wonderland"—none of which she has ever performed on live TV.
2. Adele bringing the audience to tears.
Although her album, 25,
wasn't eligible for this year's awards, Adele is still slated to
perform her recently released second single, "When We Were Young." Cue
audience weeping.
3. Gwen Stefani's live music video.
Following the announcement of her third solo album, This Is What the Truth Feels Like
(out March 18), Stefani will make Grammys history by broadcasting her
music video for "Make Me Like You" in real time during a four-minute
commercial break.
4. Lady Gaga's ode to David Bowie.
The
newly-minted Golden Globe Award-winning actress, whose song "'Til It
Happens to You" is nominated for Best Song Written for Visual Media,
will perform a seven-minute tribute to the late singer—hopefully wearing an epic costume.
5. LL Cool J's surprise performance of "Mama Said Knock You Out" with Justin Bieber.
Hey, it could happen.
Tune in to the Grammy Awards on Monday, Feb. 15 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
