How to Make Nigerian Puff Puff - Chef Lola's Kitchen

I can’t lie about this….I’m a die hard fan of puff puff, I probably can eat it in my sleep *winks. As you know it’s weekend and it’s time to try out something new and fun with everyone at home. Puff-puff is one of the simplest recipes and very few ingredients needed. The feeling of that crunchy fried outer shell into a yeasty yet chewy and soft centre…..that’s puff puff for you(I know the feeling, i don’t know about you). And if you have kids, this is probably the time you see them very excited and happy.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoon of yeast
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Lukewarm water
  • Groundnut oil
