I can’t lie about this….I’m a die hard fan of puff puff, I probably
can eat it in my sleep *winks. As you know it’s weekend and it’s time to
try out something new and fun with everyone at home. Puff-puff is one
of the simplest recipes and very few ingredients needed. The feeling of
that crunchy fried outer shell into a yeasty yet chewy and soft
centre…..that’s puff puff for you(I know the feeling, i don’t know about
you). And if you have kids, this is probably the time you see them very
excited and happy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Lukewarm water
- Groundnut oil
