If you were not at the AFWN 2016 then you missed out on a whole lot.
On 2nd of July, we all converged at the Eko hotel and suits hall to
watch new designers showcase their creative pieces. Ekaz opened the show
(she had awesome designs) but one of the collection I feel in love with
at the 1pm show was TUBO.
Tubo’s collection was a sight to behold, they were simply clean cut and something you could wear. Tubo’s designs were elegant and stylish to say the least. The highlight of the showcase was when the sleeve of one of the dresse’s slipped off the shoulders of the model who then wriggled her shoulders elegantly to lift the sleeve up, the whole hall gave her a sound of applause to encourage her.

Yes I know what you think, the designs are great and I agree with you 100%. I’ve always been a fan of nigerian designs and now that everyone has upped their game, am very proud at how far we would go. So make sure you support our designers #buynaijatogrownaija
