I Want to be acting till 85 - Diana Yekini

Nollywood actress, Diana Yekini is a dark beauty and a goal setter. She was born and raised in Britain with a foreign accent that makes her stands out.She might not be among the top actresses that grace our screen frequently, but she is also not a push aside as she has been able to stamp her feet in the industry.

Diana is an exceptional actress with a good communication skill as well as a very good role interpretation skill.

Adding more feathers to her cap, she also went to Academy of Dramatic Arts, New York and obtained a BA in Theater from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Los Angeles.

Mostly mistaken as a Ghanaian by many, but she is proudly Nigeria. In a recent interview with guardian, the actress who began acting at the age of 5 disclosed she doesn’t plan in retiring from acting as she sees herself still acting at 85.

 In her words: “I have been acting since I was five and I plan to still be acting when I am 85. I want to entertain and effect change through my work and I believe this is attainable.”
