 Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh-Churchill has started a road construction project for people living with disabilities. This is an area where many politicians and wealthy people have failed.The mother-
of-one through her Tonto Dikeh Foundation began the road construction work at The Karamajiji Colony Abuja of people living with disabilities on Friday, December 23, 2016.
