See How TO Make ASUN - Spicy Goat Meat - Nigerian Food by SISIYEMMIE

The definition of food is a bit boring wouldn’t you say so? Food is referred to as any substance that one consumes as a nutritional support.

Okay guys, why do you eat?
Asides from the fact that we need to get “Nutritional support” there is also the fact that food makes one happy, food is life, food is art, its entertainment, its beauty, its creativity etc. These adjectives are actually inadequate when it comes to describing what food can be but I believe that you understand the point I am trying to make.

“You don’t need a silver fork to eat good food” Paul Prudhomme

If you were to follow the dictionary definition of what food is then you just need to eat, it doesn’t have to taste great. If all you need is to provide yourself nutrition then a bland plate presented to you would suffice. No need to be creative with your plate, no need for the food to be tasty.
For us food shouldn’t be bland it should be filled with life because it is adding to our life both physically and emotionally and that’s why we enjoy it.
There are many cultures with their types of food and over here in Nigeria we also have ours. One of the most famous street food is the ASUN. The Asun is roasted goat meat and spice roasted over a grill. Everybody loves ASUN but do you know you can create Asun in your kitchen without a grill?
Well this weekend should be lit! as we are arming you with this video tutorial from Sisi Yemmie YouTube Channel

Here’s what you need:
