Plateau state PDP chairman released by abductors

The Plateau state chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Damishi Sango, has been released by his abductors.

Premium Times reports that the former minister of sports was released on the night of Sunday, December 10Terna Tyopev who is the state police spokesperson confirmed the release of the PDP chairman. He said: “Yes, he (Sango) has been released, I (Terna Tyopev) have just confirmed that from the Police Public Relations Officer PPRO Kaduna State Command.” A family source also confirmed the release of the former minister alongside four other persons and that they have reunited with members of their families
