Photos: A Traffic Warden Rewarded By Governor Wike in Rivers Statae

A   Dedicated traffic warden, Mr Friday Opurum who has been reportedly active at D-line in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state for the past 20 years. In recognition of his selfless service to Rivers State, the

popular traffic warden was yesterday decorated with the Rivers State Merit Award (RSMA) by governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike.

The traffic warden so was excited to be specially recognized by the governor that he had to give him a big hug to delight of others at the event.

The award ceremony was held at the Alfred Diete Spiff Sports Complex.
