The Board of Directors ("the Board”) of DANGOTE CEMENT PLC hereby announces the resignation of Mr. Brian
Egan as an Executive-Director and Chief Financial Officer with effect from
February 28, 2019. This follows his decision to voluntarily resign in order to
return to Ireland and spend more time with his family.
The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr. Brian Egan
for his valuable contributions and services to the Company during his tenure of
office as an Executive- Director and Chief Financial
Officer.
